Moore, James W. "Jim," age 80 of Minneapolis. Born Nov. 19 1936 in Toledo, OH & passed away on June 17, 2017. He served honorably in the USMC. He was a retired electrician who worked for the Minneapolis Public Schools and enjoyed playing his Dobro and many other musical instruments. He is survived by daughters, Cathy (Kevin) Shipp, Deb (Steve) Krick, Anna (Joe) Raway; grandchildren, Camille (Martin), Calvin, Sam, Jenny, Colin, Colton, Kaden, Tate, Bennett; siblings, Bonnie, Myrna, Bob & Evelyn. Inurnment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery on Friday June 30, 2017 at 12PM Lane #4. Reception to follow, directions at the service. Special Thanks to the staff at the wildflower Lodge in Maple Grove and the staff in Critical Care at North Memorial Hospital of Robbinsdale.
It is a place of compassion, sincerity, professionalism, and staff who go above and beyond their call of duty. Our family has sadly used both chapels over the past months.
