Obituary for Harry Sven Rodberg
Harry Sven Rodberg, age 92, passed away peacefully on 10/5/2017 at St. Therese Care Center. Previously of Alexandria & Brooklyn Center. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, Motor Machinist’s Mate, 1st Class. Harry was a kind, gentle soul, always willing to help anyone when needed. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Carol Viola; and granddaughters, Elyse & Emily Stern. Survived by daughters, Robin (Randy) Stern, Patricia (Mark) Rodberg-Picken; grandchildren, Jess & Claire Stern, Caitlin (Jesse) Ornberg, and Tyler Picken. A special thank you to the Staff of St. Therese for their wonderful care. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Therese of New Hope.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also.
