Lowe, Belia G., age 86 of Minneapolis passed away 7/17/2017. Preceded in death by parents, 2 sisters, a brother and a daughter. Survived by husband of 49 years, James; children, Teresa, Yolanda, Julian, Kenneth, Michael, and Daniel; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; brother, Philemon Gutierrez Jr.. Funeral Service 12PM Saturday July 22, 2017 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center with visitation starting at 10AM. Belia’s final resting place will be Mount Calvary Cemetery in Topeka, KS.
